• The School Library System (SLS) Cooperative Collection Development Plan is developed as part of the resource sharing component of the plan of service.
How this collection will be used at Wagner
This collection will be used primarily by the Academy of Science Learning Center, with an emphasis on astronomy and physics classes, and our Air Force Junior ROTC program, but is available to all students who love science.
Goals of the modern space exploration collection:
- Revitalize interest and excitement in humankind’s “final frontier”.
- Assist students in scientific inquiry
- Encourage interest in STEM careers.
- Promote a love of science
