Every year, as part of our Plan of Service, we administer per NYSED regulations, a feedback survey to gather information on our activities for this year and how we have served our members, and how we can improve.
We want to hear YOUR feedback on our services and what will better support you, our members. All schools that the New York City School Library System serves are eligible to complete this survey - that includes, parochial, independent, and charter schools and is not limited to librarians.
Please share this survey as you see fit. All responses are guaranteed to be anonymous so we can receive genuine feedback. Please do not include identifying information in your response unless you want us to respond to you directly.
