2019 Annual Fall Conference: School Libraries Are Game Changers!: Volunteers

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

We're very excited to be hosting our 30th Annual Library Fall Conference, School Libraries are Gamechangers! at Citi Field. We are expecting around 600 attendees and we need volunteers to help us on the day of the conference. 

 

Tech volunteer Assignments

We seek tech savy volunteers  to set up and break down projectors, laptops, and screens before and after the conference.

  • Set up screens Monday evening.
  • Room tech monitors check conference rooms (Delta, Porche, press conference room) 10:15-11:00
  • Teams of 2 to pack up tech after 2:00 p.m.

Those who are interested in volunteering should use the Signup.com link above or contact Debbie Randorf at drandorf@schools.nyc.gov with their name, phone number, e-mail, school name and mailing address. You will be contacted before the conference with more details.
