This guide is designed to give you an overview of MyLibraryNYC in terms of features, training, communication and support.

Updates on MyLibraryNYC for 2020-2021

Updates on the MyLibraryNYC Program

We are still determining how best we can support you and your students under blended and remote learning models. Look out for exciting announcements coming soon about the services we will be offering to MyLibraryNYC educators this school year. Deliveries of teacher sets are currently paused. In the meantime, now is the time to return any teacher sets that were checked out last school year!

  • Please return all sets you have checked out so they can be inventoried.

  • You do not need to quarantine materials before returning them. Just pack them in the provided bins or envelopes as usual and we will quarantine them at our facilities before processing them.

  • If you need new shipping labels, bin ties, bins, or mailing envelopes, email delivery@mylibrarynyc.org. Include your name, your school name, and what you need in your request.

  • If you do not have all the items in a set because they are at home with students, please return what you have. We can send additional shipping labels and materials if you receive items back later.

  • If UPS is making regular pickups and drop-offs at your location, you can leave the bins or envelopes wherever packages are usually delivered. If you notice the bins are not being picked up after more than a week or would like to schedule a pickup, email delivery@mylibrarynyc.org

  • Because of the new quarantine requirements and an anticipated high volume of returns, you may see a delay before sets are checked in and removed from your account. As always, you will not receive fines for any late returns of teacher sets.

  • If you need additional assistance or guidance for your individual situation, please reach out to help@mylibrarynyc.org
