How This Collection Is Used in My School
The collection includes materials addressing books adapted into movies, how they can be integrated into the classroom and curriculum
Books and movies in this collection can be used together or independently. Using them in conjunction students can read the text and analyze the literature and the author's technique before watching an adaptation of the literary work. Once they have read the book they can watch the adaption and make comparisons and critiques between the book and movie. These critiques can lead to larger conversations and projects in and out of the classroom.
